What manifestation really is
I hear a lot of things about manifestation lately, it seems like almost a new religion.
For me, it takes getting into a state of really deep relaxation. Once we are REALLY relaxed we can align with our true visions and desires.
Less force, more alignment.
Literally, let it flow.
The greatest gift, we can give to ourselves is to retrain our nervous system into a state of hyper relaxation. For many of us, that takes time. Just like training for a marathon would.
* Lots of people come to the water unable to ‘let go’, ‘surrender’ and ‘be’.
* They’re scared to put their head under water, have resistance to water as a whole.
* They often don’t feel safe in real life.
* They often need to be constantly busy.
* They need to be in control all the time find it hard to let loose.
* They are business owners, leaders, determined & driven.
Whilst I’m no neuro expert by any means- my experiences and intuition have suggested it’s due to early experiences that have left their amygdala (the centre of our ability to be in R&R mode) quick to respond. Maybe their parents were always stressed. Maybe they learned relaxation was being lazy. Maybe they had to succeed in order to gain validation from their parents.
Peter Levine even suggests that for many people how quickly activated our nervous system gets could be set by the age of 2/3 depending on early childhood experiences. Good news is I’ve witnessed first hand what happens when we can release and reset.
When we can really clear the crap out of ourselves- we can feel free, in body, mind, emotions, spirit (or awareness).
Once that nervous system switches off, so too, do the mind loops and general busyness b/s. “
My experiences of life in the UK showed me a lot of people are like a can of coke, ready to pop at anytime because the nervous system is so full LOADED.
Once really loaded our immune system can get compromised as our body is in a constant state of ON ON so it can’t take the time it needs to really heal and recover.
I always recommend 3 sessions of water therapy (often known as aquatic bodywork, or ‘Watsu‘- which is the grandfather of all the lineages) because it takes time to OUR unWIND ourselves.

A full experience of pure bliss, new levels of relaxation.
I was really honoured to go see a wonderfully talented colleague in Menorca last week. Hot pool 34Celcius clean, nourishing water. Like being back in the womb, held, dissolved, delicious.
It was my first time receiving full water sessions for a very long time (mainly as we don’t currently have a hot pool in ibiza!!).
WOW afterwards I felt so beyond relaxed, squishy, and like a bubble of pure bliss. Kind of like blissfully drunk but yet sober and full of healing water.
I can’t express how beyond grateful I am to have discovered Water therapy and it’s capacity to heal our bodies from pain, create space in all our cells to HEAL and THRIVE.
Aquatic bodywork enables us to manage our emotions, and turn the mind OFF so we feel at peace.
